Investigation of the Studies Made in the Scope of Occupational Health and Safety Measures in the Center of the Construction Site

Occupational health and safety is one of the most important problems encountered in construction sites by the authorities. The scope of this paper is limited with construction supervisor and site engineers, and the studies conducted in terms of OHS will be analyzed. It is known that construction workers are participate in different branches of work which could be considered as dangerous. It is utmost importance for preventative measures to be implemented in order to avoid cases such as work-related accidents, work-related injuries and death, and necessary audits should be performed. Measures to be taken, implementing the measures, and theoretical and practical trainings must be considered as an integral part of occupational health and safety measures. In this study, a literature review on OHS measures and possible risks will be conducted, and interpretations and evaluation concerning the established studies will be provided.
