Evaluation Of the Use of The Construction Contract Model for Floor in Urban Transformation

Abstract

Although urban transformation practices around the world affect the physical conditions and sociological structure of the city, they can have positive or negative results in social life. In this context, the administrations, parties and application methods that will implement the urban transformation projects are very important. In recent years, urban transformation projects have increased rapidly within the scope of the evaluation of worn-out urban areas in Turkey and many regulations have been developed for the re-evaluation of these areas.

In this study, the urban transformation projects realized in Turkey are examined and the model of construction contracts in return for the flat, which is one of the implementation methods of these projects, is discussed. In this context, the effects of the construction contracts in return for flat on the realization of the targets set under the title of urban transformation have been examined and tried to be revealed.
