URBAN TRANSFORMATION IN BUILDINGS

Abstract

Cities have become the homeland of many, especially after the industrial revolution. But when it comes to city life, a space consisting of buildings should not be considered. Society and economic relations continue. Many people live in the cities. Therefore, the idea that a good planning is required has emerged. At this point, the urban transformation application comes into play. Urban transformation aims to develop the social, economic, natural and cultural aspects of the old city or a part of it. The purpose of this research is to help the emergence of urban transformation projects. The research has achieved its purpose thanks to many sources. Research results have been checked. As a result of the study, it was concluded that trends such as urbanization, socialization life, personal, economic and urban life have an effect on people. In this way, a better quality of life should be offered to people, taking into account their situation and life.
