Özet

Many accidents and deaths plague the construction sector as a result of improperly implemented safety measures. Globally, studies have determined that the construction environment is the most dangerous compared to other labor-forced sectors. Construction is a project-based business, but the injuries suffered by employees and parties engaged are permanent. On the other hand, construction experts are familiar with industrial risks and preventative measures in a variety of nations. The study's goal was to identify the essential safety variables that controlled the effectiveness of the safety management system in the construction site. The frequency of incidents among construction employees and their degree of safety knowledge was also assessed. Accidents can have enormous financial consequences that may impact not just overall project success but also business viability. The research assumes that all incidents are avoidable and have positive performance effects.
