Construction is an important locomotive industry for the country's economy because of the additional value and job opportunities it provides. Despite global economic swings, the building sector has never ceased to exist. As a result of the economic downturns, competition in the sector has increased, as has the risk element. As a result, in order to successfully develop and complete a project, it requires a good management procedure. In this context, it is vital to prepare a proper contract signed between the contractor and the employer, which includes all project-related information, prior to beginning construction.
The data for this study was gathered from written and electronic sources after conducting a literature review on the concept and administration of contracts. Following the literature review, the case study technique was used to evaluate the Hilal Hill Büyükçekmece contract, which is a construction project in exchange for a land share within the scope of urban renewal.
