THE CONCEPT AND RESTRICTIONS OF ZONING LAW

Abstract

In this study, the concept of zoning law is discussed and some provisions and interpretations of zoning law are given. Although architectural initiatives and engineering initiatives seem to be under the discretion and application of civil engineering, architecture and other engineering fields, they are actually carried out by the combination of many disciplines. The enforcement power of legal regulations in the construction of the building is very great. From the approval of the building plan to the permission given that the building can be used after it is finished, until the settlement, that is, legal supervision is a must and is sought. In this study, firstly the meaning of the concept of zoning law, then the importance of the practices related to the zoning law and finally some restrictions in the zoning law are included.
